Over the course of 14 years at Apple, Rob worked as:

Senior Faculty member for Apple University
Teaching and educating the current and next generation of global leaders. In this work he continued to grow in his specialisms of leading global talent, building strong team cultures and managing inclusively.

Head of Talent
Designed and launched Apple’s Global Talent Development strategy, with an accompanying app to enable leaders to manage their team’s development in an easy and non bureaucratic way.

Head of HR for Global Sales

Had the privilege of being Tim Cook’s HR Business Partner, when he was Head of Sales and Operations.

Before joining Apple, Rob was the Vice President of HR for Expedia Europe. Another role with international management, Rob worked with the Leadership team to help grow Expedia Europe from a small Microsoft-born start-up to one of the world’s leading travel companies.

Prior to Expedia, Rob worked at both General Electric and Johnson & Johnson in Senior International HR roles.
